Terms of sale – PNKLab shop

Effective from: 3 November 2026

1. Seller

  1. These Terms govern the sale of digital content (spreadsheets, templates, PDF files) in the shop at https://pnklab.com.
  2. The seller is PNKLab sp. z o.o. (a Polish limited liability company), registered office: ul. Orląt Lwowskich 1, 87-100 Toruń, Poland, entered in the Polish National Court Register (KRS) under no. 0001246975, VAT/NIP 9562412623, REGON 544998000, share capital PLN 5,000.00. Contact: hello@pnklab.com, phone +48 509 065 873.
  3. The PicPalette app (https://picpalette.com) is sold under its own terms published on its website.

2. Products and language

  1. Products are digital files: spreadsheets for Microsoft Excel (2016 or newer), Google Sheets or Numbers, and PDF files.
  2. Products are in Polish unless the product description says otherwise.
  3. Some products contain prompts for AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini). Accounts with those providers are not part of the purchase.

3. Prices, payment and invoices

  1. Prices are gross prices in Polish zloty (PLN), including 23% Polish VAT. Buyers outside Poland may see prices in another currency; the final price including the tax of their country is shown on the payment page.
  2. Buyers in Poland: payments are processed by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Limited, Ireland). Available methods are shown on the payment page. A VAT invoice is issued automatically after payment – also to private individuals – in the inFakt system, sent by email and submitted to the Polish National e-Invoicing System (KSeF). Businesses can enter their VAT number at checkout.
  3. Buyers outside Poland: the product is sold to you by Stripe Managed Payments – a Stripe group company operating under the Link brand (Sold through Link, LLC (a Stripe group company, USA)) – as seller (reseller, Merchant of Record), under its buyer terms shown at checkout. It takes the payment, charges and remits the VAT of your country, sends you the receipt or invoice, and handles refunds and payment disputes. Your statement will show "LINK.COM* PNKLAB". We remain responsible for the product itself (delivery, conformity and licence) under these Terms.
  4. The contract is concluded when the payment is booked; we confirm it by email.

4. Delivery

The product is delivered right after payment as a download link on the confirmation page and by email. If nothing arrives within 24 hours, check your spam folder and contact us.

5. Immediate access and right of withdrawal

  1. Consumers generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days.
  2. This right does not apply to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if delivery started with the buyer's express prior consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal is lost, and we have sent a confirmation (Article 38(1)(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act; Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU).
  3. Before paying, the buyer ticks the (unticked by default) statement: “I want access to the product immediately after purchase. I understand that I lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once the content is made available.”
  4. We send a confirmation of this consent together with the order confirmation by email.

6. Licence

  1. After payment you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual licence to use the product for your own needs, including in your business.
  2. You may save, fill in, modify for your own use and print the product.
  3. You may not share, resell, publish or pass the product to others (also in modified form) or use it to create competing products.

7. Nature of the products

Products are helper tools. Results depend on the data you enter. They are not legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. Check any AI-generated text before use.

8. Complaints

  1. We are liable for the conformity of products with the contract under Polish consumer law.
  2. Send complaints to hello@pnklab.com (name, purchase email, product, description of the problem). We reply within 14 days.
  3. We will first fix the product (e.g. send a corrected version). If that is not possible, you may request a price reduction or withdraw from the contract under the law.
  4. Consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution (in Poland: https://uokik.gov.pl) or the bodies of their own country.

9. Personal data

See our Privacy policy: https://pnklab.com/en/privacy.html. For purchases outside Poland, Stripe Managed Payments (Link) also processes the transaction data as an independent controller. Analytics and marketing cookies are used only with your consent, as described in the Privacy policy.

10. Final provisions

Polish law applies. This choice of law does not deprive consumers of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence.
